Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch time refers to when your order leaves our facility and does not include transit time.

Delivery Methods

We ship orders using Royal Mail and DPD, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

The courier and service level will be selected automatically to ensure the most reliable delivery for your order.

Delivery Charges

Orders below £69 will incur a delivery charge, clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or peak periods.
Pettone UK is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your delivery directly with Royal Mail or DPD.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
